BUFFALO MAN ARRESTED FOR DWI IN TOWN OF CLARENCE


July 8, 2012- Sheriff Tim Howard is reporting the early morning arrest of a Buffalo man in the Town of Clarence.  Deputy Simon Biegasiewicz stopped 35 year old Ronald Peay for failing to signal a turn.  During the course of the traffic stop, Deputy Biegasiewicz determined that Peay was intoxicated.  Peay was arrested and charged with DWI and failure to signal a turn.  A breath test revealed that Peay had a blood alcohol content of .11%.  He was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Clarence Court at a future date
