Sheriff Timothy Howard announces the arrest of a Clarence man on charges of Grand Larceny in the fourth degree and Criminal Possession of stolen property in the fourth degree after an investigation by Deputy Chris Soluri. Twenty year old Ryan Beck of Railroad Street in Clarence is accused of stealing a gold and diamond necklace valued at $1800.00 from a home on Shannon Court in Clarence. He then pawned the necklace at a jewelry store in the Eastern Hills Mall where it was recovered by sheriff’s deputies. Deputies Nati and Rozycki assisted in the investigation. Beck was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment in Clarence Town Court.
