May 1, 2013- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a Concord man for Driving While Intoxicated by Sheriff’s Road Patrols Tuesday night.
While patrolling in Concord Deputy Ken Achtyl arrested Brian Beaudoin (32) for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop. After failing multiple Standard Field Sobriety Tests he was taken to the Sheriff’s Springville substation and processed for arrest. His Blood Alcohol Content was .15%, almost twice the legal limit. Mr. Beaudoin was released to a sober third party and is scheduled to appear in Concord Town Court at a future date. This was the 112th DWI arrest made by Sheriff’s road patrols this year.
