August 12, 2013- Sheriff Tim Howard reports while on patrol deputies observed a pickup truck driving erratically on Route 5 in Lackawanna. After conducting a traffic stop on the truck the deputies observed indications that the driver was intoxicated. After failing field sobriety tests, 61 year old Gary F.
