March 2, 2013- Sheriff Tim Howard reports the arrest of a Town of Lewiston woman for DWI.
Deputies Timothy Colling and Nicholas Coniglio were on patrol on Vaughn Street in the Village of Springville when they observed a vehicle that was unable to maintain its' lane. They stopped the vehicle and discovered that the driver, 26 year old Laci Turgeon, was intoxicated. Turgeon was arrested for DWI and taken to the Erie Couty Sheriff's substation in Springville where she refused to submit to a breath test. Turgeon was released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Springville Court at a future date.
This is the 60th DWI arrest by the Erie County Sheriff's Office in 2013.
