While patrolling in the Town of Alden Deputy Dave Zamorek arrested Dale C. Michaels (42) of Marilla following a traffic stop.  In addition to his traffic infractions and DWI charge, Mr. Michaels was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.  His BAC was .14%.  He was released on appearance tickets.

While on patrol in the Main and Transit area of Clarence, Deputy Simon Biegasiewicz arrested Michael L. Lepage (29) of Buffalo for DWI following a traffic stop.  He was processed at the Clarence Station and released on appearance tickets.  His BAC was .12%.  He was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree.
