DWI IN TOWN OF WEST SENECA

July 19, 2013- Erie County Sheriff Tim Howard is announcing the early morning DWI arrest of a Lewiston woman in the Town of West Seneca.

Erie County Sheriff's Deputy Richard O'Neil stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction on Southwestern Blvd near Transit Rd. in the Town of West Seneca.

Upon further investigation and field sobriety testing, the driver, 28 y/o Carly J. Pyzynksi of Creek Rd. in Lewiston, was found to be intoxicated.  Pyzynski submitted to a chemical breath test which showed a reading of .16% BAC, twice the legal limit.

The vehicle was towed with a 12 hour DWI hold.

Pyzynski was released to a third party with appearance tickets to the Town of West Seneca Court for a later date.

This was the 192nd DWI arrest by the Erie County Sheriff's Office this year.
