Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of an East Amherst woman on narcotics charges following a response to an unwelcome guest complaint.
Deputies James Flowers and Dennis Orlowski, while responding to a complaint of an unwelcome guest, discovered what appeared to be heroin and drug paraphernalia in plain sight when entering the residence. The subject, 40 yr. old Robyn Kurzel, who resides at this address was taken into custody and charged w/ Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Resisting Arrest and Possessing a Controlled Substance Outside the Original Container.
Ms. Kruzel was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in the Town of Clarence Court at a later date.
A Village of Williamsville man, 48 yr. Patrick Lee, was also taken into custody from the above address after discovering that he had a current warrant out of the City of Buffalo Court. He was also taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
