July 3 - The Erie County Sheriff's Office Jail Management Division swore in 14 newly promoted supervisors in the Ceremonial Court Room at Old County hall today. Newly promoted were 9 Deputies and 4 Corrections Officers to the rank of Sergeant, and 1 Sergeant to the rank of Lieutenant. Sheriff Howard administered the Oath of Office to the new supervisors. The two photos above show Superintendant Tom Diina congratulating one of the new supervisors, and the entire group of new supervisors along with Sheriff Howard and members of the Jail Management Command Staff.
