October 2, 2013- Erie County sheriff Tim Howard is announcing that an on-going joint investigation between the Erie County Sheriff's Office and the Erie County District Attorney's Office concerning members of the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club has resulted in the arrest of Gregory Willson for the following crimes.
1.) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, class B felony.
2.) Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th degree, class C felony.
3.) Criminal Possession of a Loaded Firearm 2nd degree, class C felony.
4.) Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd degree, two counts, class A misdemeanors.
The above charges stemmed from the execution of a search warrant that was signed by New York State Supreme Court Judge Timothy Drury. Sheriff's Detectives took Willson into custody on 10/01/2013 in a parking lot on California Road in the Town of Orchard Park. At the time of his arrest, Willson was in possession of a switchblade which resulted in an additional charge of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, said charge being a class D felony due to four prior felony convictions on Willson's part.
Future arrests are anticipated.
