Erie County Sheriff's Deputies Gene Nati and Jason Clark responded to a two car, minor property damage accident on Transit Rd. near Tonawanda Creek Rd. in the Town of Clarence.

After arriving on scene and upon further investigation, the deputies found one of the driver's, 60 year old Donald S.
