MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT FATALITY


 

                                            

 July 22, 2012- Seneca Nation of Indians-  Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Accident Investigation Unit is investigating a motorcycle crash fatality.

 16 year old Paul A. Williams, of Dunkirk, and his passenger, 27 year old Jessica N. Mann, of Buffalo, were travelling west in a 2000 Ford Mustang, on Rt. 20, on the Seneca Nation of Indians reservation; while making a left turn Williams pulled in front of 53 year old Charles H. Phillips, of Derby, travelling east, on Rt. 20, on a 1990 Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

 Members of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation Volunteer Fire Department treated and transported Phillips to Lakeshore Health Care Center, where he was pronounced dead.

 Williams and Mann were not injured in the crash.
