Multiple DWI Arrests made Overnight


Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports that multiple drivers were arrested by Sheriff's Road Patrols overnight for DWI.

While on patrol inTown of Boston at approximately 12:50 AM Sunday morning, Deputy Eric Szkatulski arrested David D.Yoviene (23) of Boston and charged him with Driving While Intoxicated and traffic infractions.  A breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .13%.  He was processed at the Sheriffs Office Police Services Headquarters in Chestnut Ridge Park  and released on appearance tickets.

While on Patrol in the Town of Clarence at approximately 03:00 AM Sunday morning, Deputy Timothy Coulombe  arrested Adam J. Hoag  (38) of Batavia and charged him  with Felony Driving While Intoxicated after stopping his car for failing to maintain the lane on Main St.  A breath test revealed his blood alcohol content to be .13%.  He was processed at the Clarence Substation and taken to the Holding Center pending arraignment on the charges.  Hoag has a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated making this arrest a felony.

These were the 92nd  and  93rd  arrests for DWI by Sheriffs Road Patrols in 2014.
