OPERATION STRIKE FORCE NABS BUFFALO MAN FOR NARCOTICS AND OUTSTANDING WARRANTS


July 12, 2012- City of Buffalo- Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of a City of Buffalo man for narcotics and outstanding warrants by the Sheriff’s Buffalo Strike Force Unit.

 Sheriff’s Strike Force Deputies Aaron Naegely and Theresa Nietzel stopped a vehicle driven by 23 y/o Camren J. Beasley of Buffalo for a traffic violation on Genesee St.

 Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Beasley had two outstanding bench warrants for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, one from the City of Buffalo and one from the Village of Depew. A subsequent search of Beasley found him to be in possession of two grams of crack cocaine, hidden inside his belt loop.

 Beasley was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree(D felony) and held for arraignment on that charge, plus the outstanding warrants from Buffalo and Depew.
