Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports three individuals were arrested for crack cocaine possession following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.

At approximately 1:15 a.m., a Deputy performed a traffic stop on the exit ramp to Union Road from the southbound lane of Route 400.  After speaking with the occupants and receiving consent to search the vehicle, the Deputy discovered multiple packages containing crack cocaine rocks, two crack pipes, and other paraphernalia.

Arrested were 51-year-old Michael Tarquini of West Seneca, 35-year-old Matthew Maloney of West Seneca, and 25-year-old Hannah Jordan of Forestville.  The defendants are charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

The subjects were taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending their arraignment in West Seneca Town Court.
