ECSO and BPD Conducted Raid
Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of two subjects following a raid on November 26 at 239 Roslyn Street in the City of Buffalo.
The Sheriff’s Narcotics and Intelligence unit executed a search warrant authorized by Erie County Court Judge Kenneth Case at the eastside address. There, Detectives, Deputies, and members of the Buffalo Police Narcotics Unit discovered approximately 16-ounces of cocaine, packing materials, scales, and other drug paraphernalia.
44-year-old Njera Wilson of Buffalo was arrested and charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, and criminal possession of a narcotic. Wilson is also charged with three misdemeanors of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, as well as misdemeanor counts criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Also arrested following the raid was 41-year-old Yvette Dilley of Buffalo, Dilley is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, and criminal possession of a narcotic. She is also charged with three misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and a violation for unlawful possession of marijuana.
Both are being held at the Erie County Holding Center pending there arraignment in Buffalo City Court.
Additionally, Wilson is held for a New York State parole violation; he has five previous felony convictions, three of which were violent offenses.
