Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies arrested Robert Mingle, 47, of Gowanda and charged him with drug-related counts following a traffic stop along South Quaker Road in the Town of Collins.

Just before 9 P.M. on June 27, Deputies Szkatulski and Christian stopped Mingle for vehicle and traffic violations.  While speaking with the subject, the Deputies could see Suboxone strips on the center console in plain view, and a search of the vehicle discovered a crack pipe.

Mingle is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of possessing a controlled substance not in the original container, and a vehicle and traffic infraction.  The defendant was released with appearance tickets for Collins Town Court.
