Deputy is a Drug Recognition Expert 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy Biegasiewicz, a Drug Recognition Expert, was patrolling Clarence when he witnessed a two-vehicle crash at Main Street and Gunnville Road around 4:40 P.M. 

The Deputy’s investigation resulted in the arrest of Ronald Garvey, 66 of Lancaster, for DWI-Drugs.  Garvey was later released on appearance tickets for Clarence Town Court.
