The 17-year-olds charged with Three Felony Counts

 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces Detectives made two additional arrests in connection with the March 31 shooting and attempted robbery incident at a Clarence construction site.

 

The two males are charged with felony counts for attempted 1st-degree robbery with a deadly weapon, 1st-degree reckless endangerment, and 2nd-degree assault – with intent to cause injury with a weapon.

 

The minors are at the Erie County Holding Center pending their arraignment in Clarence Town Court.
