Two Felony Charges Filed Against Inmate

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports that Detectives have charged Mark Dublino, 54, of Cheektowaga, with a felony count of assault –while confined in a correctional facility and attempted assault – with intent to cause serious injury.
