Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces the driver involved in the hit and run collision on December 4, along Harris Hill Road in Clarence, turned himself or herself into the Sheriff’s Office on December 12.

Working with the FBI, the Sheriff’s Office enhanced a video captured from a private surveillance camera along Harris Hill Road and released a copy on December 11. 

The name of the individual is being withheld until the Sheriff’s Crash Investigation Unit determines what charges will be filed.
