Sole Occupant Ejected from the Vehicle, Pronounced at the Scene

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies Hyde and Thurston responded to a single-vehicle crash on Jennings Road in the Town of North Collins Saturday around 4:25 A.M.

When the Deputies arrived, they observed a vehicle that was off the roadway and had come to a stop against multiple trees. The Deputies searched the area and located the victim, Joseph Carlacci, 20, of Eden.  The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Sheriff’s Crash Investigation Unit was dispatched to the scene, and the incident remains under investigation.
