2 Drivers Charged with Felonies 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies made four DWI arrests over the weekend. 

October 21, 2:43 A.M., Town of Holland - Deputy Francis initiated a traffic stop on Olean Road on a vehicle with equipment violations.  The Deputy’s investigation resulted in Joel Sheehe, 33 of Freedom, arrested and charged with felony DWI – previous conviction within 10-years, as well as three vehicle and traffic law violations.  The defendant was released with tickets to a relative. 

October 21, 8:37 P.M., Town of Elma – Deputy Zamorek was investigating a traffic complaint of a silver vehicle failing to maintain a lane along Big Tree Road in the Town of Wales.  However, the vehicle was gone when the Deputy arrived in the area. A short time later the Deputy responded to Route 400 for a vehicle v. deer crash and encountered the vehicle from the traffic complaint.  Deputy Zamorek’s investigation determined Bradford Hall, 40 of Baltimore Maryland, was intoxicated as well as in possession of marijuana.  Hall is charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana and was released from the holding center following his arraignment. 

October 22, 2:52 A.M., Town of Clarence – William Rush, 44 of Albion, was arrested and charged with felony DWI - previous conviction within 10-years, and a vehicle and traffic law violation following an investigation precipitated from a traffic stop on Salt Road.  Rush was detained at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment and later released. 

October 22, 8:45 P.M., Town of Grand Island – Deputies Schreiber, Coniglio, and Zamorek responded to Baseline Road for complaints about a hit and run crash.  A vehicle was observed leaving the roadway, striking a utility pole, and guide wire then left the scene.  Deputies located the vehicle a short distance away and subsequently charged Dawnmarie Cinelli, 53 of Grand Island, with Aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and a vehicle and traffic law violation.  The defendant was released to a sober third party with tickets.
