Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the Narcotics Unit arrested Rashad Fleming, 32 of Buffalo, on October 30 following an investigation which lasted over two months. 

Fleming is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell and criminal possession of a narcotic.  The defendant is also charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal use of drug paraphernalia. 

Fleming was arraigned yesterday in Grand Island Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
