Licensed has Numerous Suspensions, was Revoked for DWI Related Charges 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies Christian and Barbaritz conducted a traffic stop on Erie Road in the Town of Brant on September 9, after observing vehicle and traffic violations. 

The Deputies’ investigation revealed the operator’s license has active suspensions and it was also revoked.  Keith Renaldo, Jr., 34 of Brant, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation and a subsequent search of the vehicle discovered a metal knuckle knife and six small bags of marijuana. 

Renaldo was additionally charged with criminal possession of a weapon, circumventing an interlock device, possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle without insurance, and a vehicle and traffic violation.

 The defendant was released on appearance tickets for Brant Town Court.
