Yellow Dot Program

West Seneca Senior Center Life-Saving Yellow Dot Presentation

 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces the next meeting location for the Erie County Sheriff’s Office Yellow Dot community presentations. 

 

The next meeting will be held January 18, at the West Seneca Senior Center at 11 A.M.  Erie County Sheriff and Legislator Lorigo will detail how the program works, who is eligible for the program, provide free application forms and decals and assist individuals to enroll in the program.

The Yellow Dot program is free and is designed to assist first responders to properly evaluate and treat individuals during a medical emergency, accident, or when an individual cannot communicate.

 

Yellow Dot is sponsored by the New York State Sherriff’s Association and Sheriff Howard announced last month his office would host a series of free community meetings to raise the awareness of the program and enroll residents.
