A Dump truck of Dump Trailer was Believed to be Used 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports his office is investigating an illegal dumping incident at Elma Meadows County Park which occurred in the overnight hours between November 26 and 27. 

A subject(s) dumped approximately four dozen tires near Shelter 2, and the Sheriff’s Office believes a dump truck or dump trailer was used during the incident.
