Operator’s Licensed Suspended for Failing to Answer Summons 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy Okal stopped a vehicle on Route 400 in the Town of West Seneca September 12, around 1:40 A.M after observing vehicle and traffic violations. 

When the Deputy approached the vehicle, he detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from the operator’s breath.  Wade Schnekenberger, 38 of Holland, failed numerous standard field sobriety tests and was arrested for DWI. 

The defendant is also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and three vehicle and traffic violations.  He was later released with tickets.
