Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Patricia Tarnacki, 57, of Sardinia was arrested for DWI-drugs following an investigation stemming from an accident report.

On January 8, at around 12:25 pm Deputies Kelley and Ballantyne arrived at a scene along Holland-Glenwood Road in the Town of Holland where a vehicle was reported in a ditch.  The Deputies believed Tarnacki was impaired and Deputy Zamorek, a Sheriff’s Drug Recognition Expert, conducted an evaluation at the substation.  Following the evaluation, the operator was arrested and charged.

The defendant was issued tickets and released to a sober third party.
