Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on an Emslie Street residence in the City of Buffalo on February 25 and seized crack cocaine, marijuana, and packaging materials.

Acting on a search warrant signed by New York State Supreme Court Justice Timothy Drury, the narcotics unit raided the residence at approximately 3:00 p.m.  During the search, Deputies recovered ¾ of a kilogram of crack cocaine, marijuana, and various packaging materials.

Deputies arrested Quinton Hill, 38 of Buffalo, and charged him with a felony count of criminal possession of a narcotic with intent to sell, an A-1 felony for criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of drug paraphernalia, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

The investigation into Hill began in July 2015 and culminated after road patrol arrest earlier this month which led to the Narcotics Unit to seek the search warrant.  The Narcotic Unit estimates the street value of the crack cocaine to be $42,000.

Hill, a four time convicted felon, is housed at the Erie County Holding Center pending his next court appearance on March 2.
