Bordini

LSD Dealer Held Pending Arraignment 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy Szkatulski arrested Jeremy Bordini, 21 of Little Valley, following a traffic stop on Route 219 in the Town of Concord Thursday around 12:30 A.M. 

During the Deputy’s investigation, twenty-nine LSD tabs were discovered on a piece of cardboard in Bordini’s possession.  The passenger, Carl Herman – 22 of Ellicottville, was found in possession of two bags of marijuana on his person and another package under his seat which contained one ounce of marijuana. 

Bordini is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of LSD and criminal possession of LSD with intent to sell along with a violation for marijuana possession and a vehicle and traffic violation.  The defendant is held at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment. 

Herman is charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of marijuana – greater than 25 grams and was released with appearance tickets.
