19 iPhones and 3 iWatches Stolen after Overnight Shift

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies and Detectives have arrested three male employees of the Clarence Wal-Mart following the theft of nineteen iPhones and three iWatches.

On August 25, Deputy Biegasiewicz responded to the Wal-Mart in Clarence where a store loss prevention employee had two overnight employees detained for stealing merchandise.  After reviewing security video footage, Deputy Biegasiewicz arrested and charged Jade Beal, 20 of Buffalo, and Gebrial Shamburger, 21 of Buffalo, each with a felony count of grand larceny.  However, a third suspect fled the scene and the investigation was turned over the Sheriff’s Detectives.

On August 29, Detectives located the outstanding suspect at his Buffalo residence and arrested Dushawn Elmore, 22 of Buffalo.  Elmore is also charged with a felony count of grand larceny.

Beal and Shamburger were released from the Erie County Holding Center after posting $2,000.00 bond each.  Elmore was arraigned in Clarence Town Court and later released.
