Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy Christian was performing a premise check of Chestnut Ridge Park Saturday afternoon, when he observed a suspicious vehicle in a secluded area of the park.

When the Deputy approached the vehicle to speak with the occupant, the Deputy detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  During his investigation the occupant revealed that he possessed a quantity marijuana and rolling papers.

The Deputy charged Robert Bojarski, 60 of Orchard Park, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and the defendant was released on an appearance ticket for a future Orchard Park Town Court date.
