Five Victims were taken to ECMC via Mercy Flight

 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports members of the Crash Investigation Unit arrested and charged Jerry John, 19, of Perrysburg today with two felonies for his involvement in a July 17 crash that injured nine people.

 

At approximately 7:45 A.M., John was operating a vehicle on Versailles Plank Road within the Seneca Nation of Indians Reservation when he collided with a tree.  The impact caused many occupants to be ejected resulting in several injuries. 

 

John was charged with two counts of felony vehicular assault and is at the Erie County Holding Center awaiting arraignment in Brant Town Court at 6:30 P.M. today.
