New substation Part of Town Hall 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces, starting today, Deputies and Detectives who serve Clarence and Newstead will be operating from the newly opened Clarence Substation.   The substation is part of a multi-million dollar public safety investment which included an expansion to the town’s municipal building on Goodrich Road.  

Effective 6 P.M. December 4, 2017, the old Sheriff’s substation at 6185 Goodrich Road is closed.  Also, Sheriff Howard announces that the prescription drug and sharps drop-off kiosks are now located at 1 Town Place (Clarence Town Hall). 

Citizens are reminded to call 9-1-1 for emergencies and call 716.858.2903 for non-emergency issues.
