Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Detective Piel arrested Brian Gordon, 25 of Buffalo, on a felony Grand Larceny and forgery charges Thursday, December 17.

The Sheriff’s Office was contacted by a Clarence construction company after the company was notified by bank security officials of a forged check.  Detective Piel viewed security recording images of the suspect and verified the subject was Brian Gordon, an employee of the company.

During a scheduled parole meeting, the Detective arrested the suspect and placed him in the Erie County Holding Center on $5000.00 bail.

The Detective’s investigation continues.
