Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Detectives have arrested Jonathan Dulak, 27 of Depew, for criminal possession of a stolen firearm.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident in Elma where a resident discovered firearms were stolen from his residence in August 2015.  Detectives located one of the guns in the possession of Dulak.

On January 7, Detectives charged the subject with one count of felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.  The defendant was released on an appearance ticket with a future court date scheduled in Cheektowaga Town Court.

Detectives are continuing their investigation into this incident.
