 Subject Shot His Son with a Handgun Following Dispute in the Home 

 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Detectives arrested Thomas Manuszewski and charged him with three felonies and a misdemeanor following a domestic dispute at the defendant’s Elma residence. 

 

At approximately 11:57 A.M. Wednesday Deputies responded to reports of shots fired at a Clinton Street home.  When Deputies arrived, they observed the victim, a 39-year-old male, with a gunshot wound to the upper torso.  The victim received first aid and was transported to Erie County Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition. 

 

The defendant was charged with 3 separate felonies which include criminal use of a firearm, assault with intent to cause serious injury, and criminal possession of a weapon.  He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of menacing.

 

Manuszewski is at the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment in Elma Town Count on October 27 at 6:30 P.M
