Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announces three wanted individuals featured on sheriff’s Warrant Watch web page have been captured by sheriff’s deputies and other law enforcement agencies.
Miguel Parrilla – arrested on May 14 by Erie County Sheriff's Deputies, on a warrant for Aggravated DWI with a Child (Leandra’s Law), in the Erie County Holding Center pending future court proceedings.
Mariah Patterson – arrested on May 11 by the Buffalo Police Department, on a warrant for 5th degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance/Cocaine, in the Erie County Holding Center on $3,500.00 bail.
Dustin Tharnish – arrested on May 13 by Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies, on a warrant for 2nd degree Criminal Trespass, Tharnish was in the Erie County Holding Center and released on $100.00 bail
Since initiating the Warrant Wednesday campaign on the sheriff’s web page and social media outlets, the office has received calls about the highlighted subjects. All calls are kept confidential and therefore, the sheriff’s office cannot comment on any particular tip or lead it has received.
Sheriff Timothy Howard states, “My Deputies are constantly working these cases and citizens provide them extra eyes to find the whereabouts of wanted individuals. So, using our website and social media as an additional tool is proving to be valuable.”
