Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the Sheriff’s Narcotics Unit, assisted by Buffalo Police Narcotics members, raided a residence at 116 Bidwell Parkway in the City of Buffalo.
Executing a search warrant signed by New York State Supreme Court Judge Timothy Drury, the narcotics unit recovered over 8 ounces of cocaine, various packaging materials, a scale and approximately $20,000 of U.S. currency.
Arrested during the raid was three-time convicted felon, Darryl Bagby – 32 of Buffalo. The subject was charged with an A-1 felony count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and three separate counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
The defendant is housed at the Erie County Holding Center on $200,000 bail and faces an appearance in Buffalo City Court on November 27.
As a result of this raid, officers from Buffalo Police Department’s Narcotics Unit and patrol officer from D District, made additional arrests of three individuals who left the residence in a vehicle. Officers initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and subsequently arrested three individuals on illegal gun and drug charges.
