Suspect Assumes ID to Buy Items On-Line

 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the arrest of Paul Mioducki, 38, of Alden after Detectives determined that the subject used credit cards to make on-line purchases totaling over $2,000.00 from various vendors and then picked up the merchandise at local stores.

 

Detective Brinkerhoff arrested and charged Mioducki with four separate felonies; grand larceny, grand larceny of a credit card, identity theft, and identity theft to commit a felony.

 

The Defendant is scheduled to be arraigned in Alden Town Court on October 31.
