Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Kevin Collins, 22 of Clarence, was arrested during the overnight hours for driving while impaired after Deputies responded to a crash on Goodrich Road in the Town of Clarence.

Dispatchers received calls about a vehicle that crashed into a utility pole and a residential fence coming to a stop in a yard Monday night around 11:30.

First aid personnel treated the operator at the scene for injuries to the face and head area and Collins was transported to Erie County Medical Center for further treatment.

Collins was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired by drugs and three vehicle and traffic infractions.

The Defendant was released and is scheduled to appear in Clarence Town Court on December 10.
