Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputies arrested a male found sleeping in a Rite-Aid bathroom for possessing crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to the Clarence store for a first aid call after the store employees found the individual passed out on the bathroom floor Monday at 10:50 p.m.  The Deputies observed several items around him including a glass pipe.  Their investigation and search of the subject’s possessions revealed an amount of crack cocaine.

Joshua Dunn, 29 of Alden, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and is held at the Erie County Holding Center on $250 bail pending his arraignment in Clarence Town Court on November 24.
