Assaulted a Female Acquaintance the Same Day
Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Detectives have charged Brandon White, 32 of Gowanda, with assault 3rd-degree, a Class-A misdemeanor following the Sheriff's ongoing investigation of a fatal shooting which occurred July 12, in the Town of Collins.
The defendant assaulted a female acquaintance causing severe injuries to her head and face. These charges are related to a domestic violence incident that occurred before the shooting.
Brandon White remains at the Erie County Holding Center without bail.
The shooting and circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
