Multiple Drug Arrests Overnight

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports that Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies made multiple drug arrests overnight. 

4/23/17 at approximately 9:30pm Deputy Zamorek initiated a vehicle stop on Olean road in the Town of Sardinia.  The driver, Vicki Eisenhardt, 46, of Machias NY was found to be in possession of a quantity of crushed up hydrocodone pills and a scale. She was subsequently arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th  degree, criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, and a vehicle and traffic law offense. 

4/23/17 at approximately 10:15 pm Deputy Kuhn initiated a traffic stop on Broadway at Transit Rd. The driver, Javohn Peterson, 22, of Clarence NY was found to be in possession of various narcotic pills.  He was subsequently arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and three (3) felony charges: criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, and two (2) counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree. 

4/24/17 at approx. 2:00am, Deputy Bauer was conducting a property check of the Tow Path Park, a county park located within the City of Buffalo, when he came upon a vehicle in the park after hours. Through the course of the investigation, the vehicle occupants were identified as Gregory Swan, 46, of Grand Island NY and Alicia Prine,  35, of Grand Island NY and were found to be in possession of crack cocaine, heroin, marihuana and drug paraphernalia.  Mr. Swan was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, criminal possession of controlled substance in the 7th degree, criminally use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, and unlawful possession of marihuana. Ms. Prine was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.
