States He Smoked Crack

 

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Rath Building security notified Deputies Bartholomew and Sluberski of a Rath Building visitor placing his crack pipe in a security bin at a screening point at 158 Pearl Street.

 

The Deputies asked Ronald Barney, 54, of Buffalo, about the pipe with the white residue; he responded that he recently smoked crack cocaine. 

 

Barney is charged with one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.  The defendant was processed and released on appearance tickets for Buffalo City Court.
