The Subject Failed to Report the Change of Address within the Mandatory 10-Days

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports on February 7, the Sheriff’s Office Sexual Offender Registration Unit discovered William Wauriw, 51 of Brant, had not notified the authorities of an address change.

Wauriw was arrested and charged with a felony count of failing to report an address change within 10-day.

The defendant is remanded to the Erie County Holding Center pending his arraignment.
