Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy O’Neil arrested Angela Porter, 27 of Lancaster, for aggravated unlicensed operation subsequent to a traffic stop in the Village of Alden.

Deputy O’Neil observed a vehicle traveling above the posted limit and initiated a traffic stop on Broadway at approximately 1:30 a.m. on February 17.  While investigating the operator’s information, the Deputy discovered Porter’s license was revoked for failing to pay fines or answer a summons for fourteen traffic violations that occurred in the Town of Clarence, City of Buffalo and City of Lockport; Porter’s licensed was revoked on May 15, 2013.

The defendant is remanded to the Erie County Holding Center on $250 bail pending her arraignment in Village of Alden Court on February 17.
