Sheriff’s Registered Sex Offender Unit Deputy and Detective Make Arrest

Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports Deputy Gordon, Registered Sex Offender Unit (RSO), and Detective Parisi arrested Miguel Dejesus on May 23 and charged him with a felony for failing to report and address change.

Dejesus was evicted from his Holland apartment in February and failed to report his change of address.  The RSO Deputy and Detective made contact with the Level 2 Registered Sex Offender and took him into custody.

Dejesus was held at the Erie County Holding Center and was released following his arraignment.
