Buffalo, NY – Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard reports the victim of the Saturday, June 16 crash on Route 400 in the Town of Elma is 52-year-old Jeffrey Mogg of Franklinville.

The Sheriff’s crash unit is still investigating the incident.
